General terms and conditions
Images might show cost options. Offers, prices and features may be changed by BIOROWER unannounced.
Orders attain validity with a pre-payment of 40% of the final price including VAT. The remaining 60% have the be paid at the point of delivery or must be accounted to our bank account at the date of delivery at the latest. In certain cases, BIOROWER may require for full payment before products are shipped to a customer. Payments to distribution partners or partners of any other kind will not be accepted.
x. Canceling a purchase within one (1) calendar week from the date of order is free of charge. Cancellation of purchase after one calendar week from the date of order will result in a cancelation fee of 40% of the final price for the specified order including VAT.
x. Delivery: ex works INCOTERMS 2000.
x. Guarantee on new products lasts 24 months from the date of initial delivery. Guarantee on used or revised products lasts 12 months from the date of initial delivery.
